Return Process

Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage, leakage, or temperature issues that may have occurred during transit.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, take clear photos of the shipping box and the specific products involved to help us expedite your resolution.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our Customer Flow team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of the items in question.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Our team will review your claim and provide a replacement shipment or a digital credit to ensure you can continue your wellness journey without interruption.
