How should I store my Kombucha and for how long?
To preserve the live cultures and maintain the best flavor, our beverages must be kept refrigerated at all times. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 3-5 days for peak freshness.
Does my order ship refrigerated?
Yes, we use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure your living foods stay at the optimal temperature during transit. We recommend unpacking and refrigerating your items immediately upon arrival.
What is the 'mother' or floaty bits in my bottle?
Those are healthy strands of the 'SCOBY' (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). They are a natural byproduct of the fermentation process and are 100% safe and beneficial to consume.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure that our perishable products arrive fresh and within the safe temperature window.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
